AULA's liability and remedy for any breach of warranty include repair, replacement, or refund at AULA's option, provided the hardware is returned with proof of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law.
AULA may replace the product, provide a functionally equivalent product, or repair the product with new, refurbished, or used parts in compliance with technical specifications.
