Warranty Policy
  • This warranty applies to all RAM, Internal SSD, Micro SD, SD Card, NVMe SSD, M.2 SSD, and USB products sold by Brightex Enterprises Pvt Ltd.
  • The warranty period for each product is specified on the Box.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures resulting from normal use under recommended conditions.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, mishandling, unauthorized modifications, accidents, natural disasters, or improper installation.
  • The warranty will be void if the product's serial number is altered, tampered with, or removed.
  • To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must provide the original box and bill as proof of purchase.
  • The customer must contact the company's customer support within the warranty period.
  • The product serial number will also be required.

  • If a return is necessary, the defective product must be returned to the company as per the return instructions provided by customer support.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping the defective product to the company.
