Warranty is valid only with an intact warranty sticker.

Warranty will be void if serial numbers or barcodes are torn, erased, or tampered.

Warranty does not cover products sold as "Seconds" or those with physical damage, misuse, or improper installation.

Neglect, misuse, misapplication, or incorrect connection.

Products that are altered, tampered with, or repaired outside authorized service centres.

Damages due to Acts of God, lightning, abnormal voltage, or customer-induced damage (CID).

Monitors Warranty Specific Terms:

Warranty covers the product as long as the warranty sticker is intact.

Warranty does not apply to physical damage, rust, tampering, or use of unauthorized parts.

Repairs are done at Consistent Service Centres or Authorized Service Centres.

Repairs: Warranty continues only for the remaining period after any part is repaired or replaced.

Motherboard Warranty

Warranty is void if:

Warranty seal/stickers are tampered or missing

Physical damage (cuts, dents, warped PCB)

Serial number is defaced or illegible

Improper packing or missing components

PCB tampering, burnt/missing parts, or liquid damage

Foreign objects, vermin damage, or broken connectors

Misuse inconsistent with technical standards

Physical damage covered:

Up to 3 bent CPU socket pins

Up to 3 non-burnt damaged tracks

Up to 3 damaged (non-burnt) pins in PCI, PCI-X, or RAM slots

Capacitor leakage

Storage Warranty

Warranty is void if:

Warranty seal/hologram is tampered or missing

Physical damage, serial number mismatch, or missing parts

Liquid, food, or vermin damage

Counterfeit labels or tampered components

Burnt/missing pins or broken connectors

Note: No physical damage is covered for storage products

General Terms

Warranty applies only to the first purchaser and is non-transferable

Products sold as "Seconds" are not covered

Repairs are at Consistent's discretion via authorized centres

Service is Carry-In/RTB unless specified otherwise

End of Life (EOL) Replacement

Replaced with an equivalent model or issued a credit note at prevailing market price

Distributors/dealers handle end-user cases

Out of Warranty Cases

Products are out of warranty if:

The period has expired, stickers are tampered, or unauthorized repairs are done

Damage occurs due to floods, high voltage, or transit accidents

Consistent reserves the right to approve/reject claims

Credit Note Policy

If no replacement is available, a credit note is issued to the distributor/dealer

Value is based on market price or purchase price, whichever is lower

End users are not eligible for credit notes

Customer Induced Damage (CID) Policy

CID cases are not covered

Chargeable repairs may be possible at Delhi H.O., taking 25-30 working days

Repaired products under chargeable service carry a 15-day warranty

No on-site warranty for SSD, RAM, Pen Drive, or Micro SD Card
