No return or refund policy is facilitated by the brand
Customers encountering empty, damaged, or incomplete products should file a complaint with the brand or relevant portal promptly with evidence like an unboxing video or relevant pictures to substantiate the claim
Replacement for such cases will be provided within 7 days of receipt of the product
Pickup service is initiated for products found defective by the end consumer or at the retailer level, with a provision for DOA found at the Retailer level to be picked up on a 15-day/monthly cycle
