DOA Definition: A product with a hardware failure or manufacturing defect within 14 calendar days from the date of invoice or Proof of Delivery (POD) that is not repairable will be treated as DOA.
Customer Contact: In the event of a DOA, the consumer should contact iKoodo Customer Care at 18002022561 (Mon-Sat; 10:00am to 6:00pm) or email at customer.service@ikodoo.tech within 14 calendar days from the date of invoice or POD.
Pickup and Delivery: If the problem cannot be resolved over a phone call, iKoodo will arrange the pickup of the defective unit in its original packaging, including all accessories, from the customer’s premises. The pickup and delivery process to iKoodo’s service center will take 7 to 10 calendar days, depending on the customer's location.
Replacement: If the product is found defective, a new replacement unit will be shipped to the customer’s provided address within 7 to 10 working days.
