Products sold by the Company (CTPL) to Distributor (Redington Limited) are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty period is Six Months from the date of purchase.
Defective products will be replaced by the Company at its discretion, provided the Distributor's partner/reseller notifies the Company within the Warranty Period.
The company reserves the right to inspect and verify the defect before approving a warranty claim.
Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
Return and Refund Policy
Logistic costs for returning defective products and sending replacements will be covered by the Company.
The warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations.
