  • Demo Call: A complimentary 20-minute demo call is provided to customers upon purchasing a watch to introduce them to its features.
Warranty and Repair Policy
  • Warranty Coverage:
    • 12-month repair/replacement warranty for non-physical and non-water damage
    • Limited to India
  • Exclusions from Warranty:
    • Missing external parts of the product
    • Damage to the exterior (e.g., cracks, dents, scratches)
    • Normal wear and tear (e.g., rust, stains)
    • Water damage

  • Diagnostic Testing: WatchOut may conduct diagnostic tests to identify the cause of any defect or failure.
Service and Repair Process
  • Repair/Replacement Location:
    • All products requiring repair or replacement must be sent to the Mumbai Customer Service Branch:
      115 Vihar Estate, Sakinaka, Andheri, Mumbai 400072
  • Retail Customer Support:
    • Retail customers are entitled to a 12-month repair/replacement warranty for manufacturing defects
    • Customers can contact WatchOut directly for home pickup services or coordinate with Redington partners for watch collection and repair
    • Repairs/replacements via Redington partners are processed within 10 working days
  • Post-Warranty Support:
    • Customers or retailers must contact WatchOut Wearables directly at watchoutwearables@gmail.com for repair requests
    • For repairs outside warranty, WatchOut will assess damages and notify the customer/retailer for online payment
    • Repaired watches will either be sent to the retailer or directly to the customer based on convenience
  • Pickup and Delivery:
    • One free pickup and delivery is arranged monthly by the brand through Redington partners
    • Additionally, the brand offers hassle-free paid pickup services at a minimal nominal charge through their PAN-India logistics partner
Service Process Guidelines
  • Retailers are advised to direct customers to WatchOut Wearables for repair-related issues, both within and outside warranty.
  • The process is designed to ensure a smooth experience, minimizing inconvenience for customers and retailers alike.
